Every bite was delicious and I will absolutely be going back. Went with my wife and kids and the kids loved the skewers were perfect for them. The only draw back is finding parking.

Best Raman restaurant in town. Great drinks and foods . Had a great time with my friend . Highly recommend!

One of my favorite ramen spots in Pittsburgh! Love the decor all the way down to the dessert. The broth is always amazing and never too salty. Noodles cooked perfectly & I love all the options they have to offer. Service is always on point and I'm thankful to have something good so close!

Best ramen in town. I've been to many other places but it's still the best ramen. The flavors are so complex. The service is always fast and efficient. Just a tip, you have to have your entire party to be sat or placed on a waitlist. You can use Yelp to add to the waitlist early though! The restaurant is very cute inside but very very small.

Delicious food, great service, and quaint restaurant! This time, my husband and I took our littles along with us and everyone was able to enjoy. We started with some chicken yakitori, and the pork and chive gyoza. We also ordered; spicy miso ramen, Naruto ramen, and the katsu curry. Everything was great and it was a cool experience to share with our littles!

No matter what I always come back to this place. Probably the best ramen place I've had, despite having many ramen places in various states! The saltiness of the broth might not be for everyone but personally am a huge fan of it. The tofu yakitori also includes a salty glaze/marinade that is perfectly smoky from the grill they use and a great addition to the vegetarian ramen. Unlike many places, the broth for the vegetarian ramen is super flavorful and likely a miso broth. Cannot recommend this place enough!!!!

The picture doesn't do justice since everything is half eaten but this place has pretty good ramen! I got the vegetable ramen and my friend and I split the vegetable tempura (delicious) and an asparagus and bacon skewer and a mushroom skewer. The asparagus and bacon was good but probably won't get them again. Our service was great. He was quick and very attentive. Our food came out at a decent time as well. This is a cute spot in shadyside if you're looking for ramen. Next time I want to try the rice box!

Ambiance: relatively busy even on weekday nights, so it's a great place to go if you want a livelier, bustling vibe. There isn't a lot of seating and the tables by the front are pretty cramped though. No outdoor seating. Food: Took 30 min to get even the apps, but it was super busy when I visited. The skewers were all delicious and not greasy, though they are pretty small. The gyoza is great as it's juicy and well-filled. For the spicy miso ramen, it wasn't spicy at all. Pork chasu and egg were perfectly cooked. I appreciated that the broth wasn't salty and the amount of vegetables in the ramen.

LIKE IT'S REALLY GOOD RAMEN.... Imagine this - it's a cold winter day in Pittsburgh, you're hungry and don't know what to eat, but you want something warm, hearty, and full of flavor. You decide you want a really good bowl of satisfying Ramen but don't know where to go in the Puttaburgh area? Well look no further - This is it! Fujiya Ramen in Shadyside is a quaint, little restaurant and bar, nestled right off the main strip that offers incredible ramen, good drinks, and a corner bar atmosphere where you'll always feel welcome. There is a bar area and only a handful of tables so keep that in mind when choosing when to come- if it's a busy evening or weekend you'll likely need to wait for a table. The Service we received was great and our food was ready quickly after ordering. I ordered a lychee-tini to start. My daughter got the Tonkotsu ramen and I got the spicy miso. They were both incredible and so flavorful. The pork goyza was also really nicely done and a perfect pairing with the ramen. Overall, fujiya was a great spot and I'll definitely be back.
